Last year saw us in uncharted waters with lockdown, covid restrictions and never knowing if we’re doing the right thing or not. But we kept on going ensuring all our customers were as safe as possible through the many precautions we had to take and still delivered a high standard of work. This year was nearly just as uncertain as the last with supply and demand issues snapping at our heels, rising costs and covid still plaguing our homes. However, despite all that it’s been a productive year and thanks to our lovely customers we are here to stay for another exciting twelve months.

This year we have seen beautiful extensions being built with bi-folding doors and sliding patio doors creating light, space and bringing the outdoors in. Front doors have been making statements all over our local area and beyond with bold composite doors, arched porch doors and the solid Rockdoors creating grand entrances and an outstanding focal point for your homes. Windows have been coming in all shapes, sizes and colours ranging from eccentric red frames, to the classic agate grey to 6ft wide frames that need extra muscle power just to lift it. Not one day or order is the same and we are certainly kept on our toes, which is why we love doing what we do.

We’ve been lucky enough to expand our staffing in the office so we are able to keep in touch with our customers and stay on top of the work flow ensuring everyone is getting the best service. Our fitting team was able to grow by one at the end of 2020, which has been a massive help getting jobs completed and freeing up Rob this year to have his surveyor’s hat on more. Our little family team is slowly expanding and we keep our ethos embedded into our roots local, reliable and dependable. We will continue into the new year aiming to have great customer service and professional installs.

Moving into 2022 we are hoping to have another fitter join us and bring more extensive knowledge to our team. We are working on giving back to the community and beyond by collaborating with a local resident taking our scrap metals to be turned into cash. From there we will be donating all findings to charities such as Rubies Fund, ‘Saving Romanian Strays’, ‘Kafuta Tumbung School Trust’ in Gambia and hopefully more as time goes on. So far we have raised just over £100 and much more to come.  This will be updated on our new website that is currently having a revamp and will be ready in the new year; new year new you!

Cheshire View would like to take this opportunity to thank all their customers over the last four years and our present ones due for installs for trusting in us and allowing us to work for them. It has been a pleasure and truly appreciated. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
