We hope you had a good summer and managed to catch some rays when the UK weather permitted it, here at Cheshire View we have been none stop and still going; lead times are mind blowing. Locked away in our little office we have been firing out quotes and you have been firing your acceptance right back at us, so with a big bellowing cheer we THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts.
Summer for us is usually the end of our springtime flurry, we have time to install everything and get prepped for the winter demand. Everyone has run off on holiday and are spending their euros on margaritas by the pool not on double glazing or new doors but this year our flurry has not stopped nor died down. We are the busiest we have ever been and its AMAZING! Again it’s all because of you our wonderful customers who just can’t get enough of us.
However, with us being in great demand it does have a knock on affect with our running and lead times. We are now looking at 12 weeks from point of order to point of installation, which as crazy as it sounds means we are looking at January for your windows and doors to be installed by our lovely lads on the fitting team. “CRIKEY” I hear you squeal with a sharp intake of breath “that’s a bit of a wait”, yes you’re right it is, for us its great but we get it isn’t always for you.
We are continuously working on ways to reduce the wait and working through our orders in the best way possible but I promise you we are undoubtedly worth the wait. We are still reliable, still with you every step of the way, and still ensuring the process is as smooth as possible.
